1) The purchaser is responsible for caring for the kitten and providing a proper environment.
2) The kitten shall be an indoor cat only.
3) The kitten has a health gurantee at the time of sale. If the kitten is considered in poor health by a licensed veternarian within 48 hours of possession of the kitten, and a written receipt from the vet is given the purchaser can receive another kitten from the breeder with similiar qulaity when one comes available. The kitten must be returned to the breeder. All veterinary and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
4) The kitten shall not be sold or given to ANYONE other than the purchaser. If the purchaser cannot care for the kitten for any reason, it shall be returned to the breeder. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
5) Breeder refers to the quality of the kitten and is in no form a gurantee.
